Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities and staff assignments
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory management
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for guest requirements
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on SOPs and service standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns
- Maintain housekeeping reports and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures




- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and guest service abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hotels, resorts, villas, or hospitality properties
- Knowledge of housekeeping inventory, linen control, and room inspection standards

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
