Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Creative Lead & Project Manager (Content). Most brands today have their websites, products, and funnels sorted — the real gap in the market is creative content and ideation, not ads. This role exists to close that gap by owning creative content end-to-end and giving clients visibility into both the performance and creative sides of their account.





You will own creative ideation for image-based ad content and organic content, with full creative freedom on concepts, context, and direction, translating campaign and brand context into content ideas that are built to perform, not just look good. This is the core, immediate responsibility of the role. As a second phase, once the image content vertical is running smoothly, you will help build out the UGC content vertical.

You will also act as project manager for the creative execution team, with graphic designers and editors reporting to you — allocating tasks based on brand requirements and priorities, and tracking progress to keep the team aligned.

A key part of the role is presenting creative and performance work to clients as one coherent story, rather than two disconnected updates, and acting as the main point of continuity between internal execution and client-facing reporting on the content side.
