Experience

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Mandatory: Valid Tamil Nadu Electrical Supervisor "C" Licence
- Experience in Industrial/Commercial Facility Maintenance preferred
- Proficiency (Both written and verbal communication) in English Language is mandatory.:
- Ability to communicate in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, monitor, and report all operation and maintenance activities carried out at the site.
- Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of all systems.
- Maintain and update all maintenance records, MIS reports, logbooks, statutory registers, and other documentation as required by the client.
- Liaise with the client, statutory authorities, OEMs, suppliers,



and utility agencies (e.g., TANGEDCO) for maintenance-related activities.
- Lead, guide, supervise, and monitor the performance of Electricians and Helpers deployed at the site.
- Address employee grievances, prepare duty rosters, and manage leave schedules without affecting the continuity of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the client for work execution, complaint resolution, inspections, and submission of maintenance reports.
- Be responsible for all billing-related activities, including verification of maintenance records, submission of supporting documents, and coordination with the client for invoice processing.
- Ensure the secure custody, proper utilization, and inventory management of all tools, tackles, testing instruments, and maintenance materials.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety procedures, statutory regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
