Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, and Nykaa seller portals.
- Ensure accurate product information, including titles, descriptions, attributes, size charts, pricing, and images.
- Maintain catalog quality in accordance with marketplace guidelines.
- Resolve listing errors, catalog rejections, suppressed listings, and approval issues.
- Update pricing, inventory, and product details as required.
- Monitor listing health and ensure maximum product visibility.

Product Content Management
- Prepare product data sheets for bulk uploads.
- Coordinate with merchandising, photography, and design teams to collect product information and images.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes to improve discoverability and conversions.

Inventory & Marketplace Operations
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory.




- Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Manage size-wise inventory updates and replenishment requests.

Marketplace Coordination
- Raise and track support tickets with marketplace account managers and support teams.
- Follow up on pending catalog approvals, image issues, and listing corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation of marketplace queries and resolutions.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
- Product listings
- Live SKUs
- Pending catalog requests
- Inventory availability
- Listing performance
- Track newly launched products and marketplace updates.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Myntra Partner Portal, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa Partner Portal.
- Positive understanding of ecommerce catalog management and listing processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, XLOOKUP is a plus).
