Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp marketing.
- Plan and execute store-wise campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition activities.
- Drive store walk-ins, leads, conversions and marketing-generated revenue.
- Manage offline activities including printing, pamphlets, events, outdoor branding and store activations.
- Coordinate with digital agencies, designers, vendors, photographers and other marketing partners.
- Plan and manage product launches, festive campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage CRM, customer databases, lead generation and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Store Managers to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor marketing budgets, CPL, ROI, ROAS, leads and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team and ensure timely completion of all activities.




- Maintain consistent Jamsons brand identity across all stores and digital platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business; MBA/PGDM preferred.

Preferred:
5to10Years of Experience is required.
Experience in retail, electronics, consumer durables or multi-location businesses.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
