Reela is a growing Indo-Western clothing brand and we’re looking for a hands-on, self-driven designer who can own garments end-to-end — from concept to final QC.

This is a startup role, not a desk-only design position.

What You’ll Do
- Design Indo-Western / Indian occasionwear aligned with the Reela aesthetic
- Develop styles, silhouettes, and variations independently
- Prepare clear design briefs (sketches, measurements, fabrics)
- Coordinate sampling & follow-ups with vendors and tailors
- Handle complete garment QC before dispatch
- Assist with fittings, shoots, exhibitions & styling when required

QC Responsibility (Non-Negotiable)

You will be responsible for full garment QC, including:
- Stitch quality & seam strength
- Fit & measurement accuracy
- Symmetry & finishing
- Fabric defects & overall presentation




- Ensuring garments are showroom-ready
