We are looking for an experienced CAE Analyst with 5-7 years of experience and solid expertise in Seating and Body Strength Analysis, structural CAE simulation, and physical test correlation to support engineering workflows for a leading automotive client.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Baseline Body Strength Analysis such as Seat Belt Pull Analysis (FMVSS 207-210), Luggage Retention (ST30), Child Anchorage Analysis, and Dynamic Strength Analysis (FMVSS 225), Seat System Dynamic Structural Integrity (FMVSS 208), etc. using LS-DYNA solver
- Prepare Body-in-Prime for Body Strength Analysis
- Investigate input pulse, output energy curves, materials, and SW/Bolt forces
- Perform Seat Integration (Weld / Bolt / Adhesive connections)
- Prepare Seat Models for Body Integration with standard numbering template
- Run baseline CAE Seat and Body Strength analysis, summarize results, and communicate conclusions efficiently
- Work closely with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and timelines

- Experience in CAE physical test correlation projects
- Standard Numbering Template creation for each program
