Designation: Software Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end software development, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Define and implement scalable software architecture using modern design principles and best practices.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and performance.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Establish engineering KPIs and monitor team performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote secure software development practices and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Guide teams in adopting modern technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.




- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, career development, and performance management.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
