About the Role

Key Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau:
- Strong understanding of Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, and Dashboard Development:
- Knowledge of Statistics, Reporting Techniques, and Data Analysis Concepts:
- Experience with Python or R (preferred)
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies:
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Visio, and Balsamiq:
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, and Process Modeling:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions on Data Analytics.
- Develop and continuously improve training content, assignments, projects, quizzes, and assessments.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on real-world projects and case studies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide learning support.




- Train and mentor junior trainers to ensure consistent training quality.
- Supervise internships, assignments, and training program outcomes.
- Conduct demo sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and career guidance sessions.
- Handle prospective learner queries and provide course-related information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance learning outcomes and training effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, teaching, or educational roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid time management and organizational abilities.
