Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Design, and Technology to align growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure scalability and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or a related industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
