The role requires strong coordination skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to effectively manage software development-related activities without performing coding work.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the Office Team and Developer Team to ensure smooth execution of projects and tasks.
- Understand business requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify bugs, issues, and improvement requirements and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Support day-to-day IT operations and assist in maintaining digital systems.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up with stakeholders.

RequirementsTechnical Knowledge
- Good knowledge of UI/UX concepts.
- Basic understanding of software development processes.




- Familiarity with technical terms such as Server, Hosting, App Updates, Websites, Mobile Applications, and Databases.
- Coding knowledge is not mandatory.

Education
- BCA, B.Sc. (IT), B.E., B.Tech, or any IT-related qualification.

Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Coordination, Project Coordination, Software Operations, or a similar role.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in easy language.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹10,294.61 - ₹15,000.00 per month
