Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- EV Diagnostics & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex mechanical repairs on VinFast electric vehicles.
- High-Voltage Battery & Drivetrain Servicing: Safely handle, test, isolate, and replace high-voltage EV battery packs, modules, and electric drive motors according to factory specifications.
- ADAS & Thermal System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) sensors/cameras and service complex EV thermal management (cooling) systems.
- Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates: Execute and verify flashing of vehicle control units, firmware installations, and OTA software updates to resolve glitch-related issues.
- Routine Maintenance: Carry out scheduled periodic maintenance services, software updates, and battery health checks.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow high-voltage safety protocols and utilize specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated for EV servicing.
- Efficiency & Quality: Maintain a high first-time fix rate and minimize Turnaround Time (TAT)

- Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Conduct thorough PDIs on recent electric vehicles arriving at the dealership to ensure all software, battery states, and mechanical components meet delivery standards.
- Documentation: Clear documentation of job cards, parts used, and technical findings for service records.
- Collaborative Escalation: Work closely with the Service Manager and VinFast technical support helpdesk to resolve complex or unprecedented technical glitches.
- Test Driving & Quality Assurance: Road-test vehicles before and after repairs to accurately duplicate customer complaints and verify that issues are completely resolved.
- Parts & Warranty Support: Accurately identify required spare parts, coordinate with the inventory team, and properly label replaced parts for warranty claim processing.
