Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruiting:



Manage the entire hiring process, from defining requirements with hiring managers to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive, engaging experience for all applicants, reflecting company values.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as a top employer to attract high-quality talent.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze recruitment metrics.
