Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for residential and commercial projects
- Develop interior layouts, furniture details, lighting concepts, and ceiling designs:
- Work closely with designers, automation teams, and project managers to ensure feasibility
- Translate 2D drawings, concepts, and briefs into accurate 3D visualizations
- Produce client-ready presentations with realistic materials, lighting, and detailing
- Revise designs based on client feedback and internal reviews
- Maintain organized project files and design libraries

What We’re Looking For
- Solid knowledge and experience in 3ds Max
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail:
- Ability to think both creatively and practically:
- Experience in interiors, retail, experience centers,



or architectural visualization:
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and is open to learning new design-tech integrations
