Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming leads and outbound prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our offerings.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead nurturing, providing information, setting up meetings, and helping move prospects through the sales funnel.

Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities, trends,



and potential areas for growth.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and sales progress in our CRM system.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline progress, and outcomes to senior management.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
