Position Overview:
ASEAN team is responsible for managing HR Admin operations for Siemens Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore & Thailand which includes activities like maintaining employee personal particulars in Workday.



Hiring, Confirmation, Promotion, Transfers, Separation process, Payroll operations and CHCM Delivery.

You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage employee particulars and crating profiles in Workday
- Employee data management and supporting Payroll activities
- Execute and monitor the complete process of employee management
- Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA
- Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team
- Better team coordination
- Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by reporting manager.

Your success is grounded in:
- 4years-5 years in H2R / Employee Lifecycle as SME
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel
- Knowledge in Workday (Optional)
- Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written
- Should be able to multi-task, managing the given
