Role Overview:
Whistle is seeking a motivated and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join the marketing team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to drive the development and execution of creative brand strategies, boost brand awareness, and develop large scale consumer campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Brand Equity and strengthen Brand Position.
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Drive ATL (Above The Line)



and BTL (Below The Line) communication across 360 degree integrated marketing plans.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage social media channels and engage with the online community to enhance brand presence.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and sponsorship activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in advertising agencies, brand management, marketing, or a relate
