- General Summary:




The Senior Software Test Engineer II is responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests from manual test scripts and test cases. This role works in partnership with the Engineering teams to provide support on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the Quality Engineering teams, with a high attention to detail in a disciplined agile setting
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May influence others within the Engineering team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
- Creates and maintains automated test cases, executes test suites, reviews and diagnoses reported bugs, and ensures overall system quality prior to a customer release
- Designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots automated suites of tests through continuous integration for value added feedback
- Designs, develops, and maintains API automation using the Kar
