Experience: 1.5-2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000-₹20,000 per month
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi & Kannada

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Motivate team members and maintain a positive working environment.
- Train and guide current and existing team members.
- Track daily work, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Resolve team-related issues and coordinate with management.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure company policies and work processes are followed.

Requirements:
- 1.5-2 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar supervisory role.




- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take responsibility.
