Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Annual Performance Bonus + Incentives

We are the Regional Distributor for Samsung Display Products and provide complete AV solutions to Educational Institutions, Corporate Houses, Government Organizations and IT/AV Channel Partners across Maharashtra & Goa.

With our state-of-the-art AV Experience Centre in Kothrud, Pune, we showcase the latest Interactive Displays, Commercial Displays, Active LED Walls, Video Conferencing and Digital Signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Tally entries and coordinate day-to-day accounting activities.

Follow up with customers and channel partners for outstanding payments.

Prepare MIS reports, sales reports and business trackers.

Manage GeM portal uploads, quotations and responses.

Handle IndiaMART enquiries and other online sales leads.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Vendor teams.





Maintain office records, documentation and filing.

Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, purchase orders and customer documentation.

Perform general administrative and back-office activities.

Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Back Office, Administration or Accounts.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail with a proactive approach.

Understanding of B2B distribution, IT or AV industry will be an added advantage.
