Responsibilities
- Oversee daily school operations
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Develop and implement school policies and procedure
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student development
- Monitor student progress and implement improvement plans
- Promote a secure and inclusive school environment
- Lead staff meetings and professional development sessions

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership position within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of educational policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in school management and educational leadership
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
