About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced OSS Technical Delivery skilled to drive the aggregation, governance, and execution of OSS assurance domain demands across multiple markets. The role is central to enabling a unified OSS delivery plan, acting as the primary interface between digital portfolio teams, network operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The successful individual will ensure effective demand management, governance tracking, and timely delivery aligned with organisational objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a single point of contact for Assurance SMEs across all demand requests spanning multiple markets
- Manage OSS demand intake (“front door”) and collaborate with digital, network, and OSS teams
- Coordinate impact assessments and prioritisation of work across demand pipelines
- Maintain and govern demand and delivery trackers for leadership reviews
- Facilitate approval
