Position: Nursing Staff

Location: Ludhiana

Role Overview

The Nursing Staff is responsible for delivering quality patient care, assisting doctors during treatments, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring a safe, hygienic, and patient-friendly environment. The role requires compassion, professionalism, and strong medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients as per medical guidelines.

Assist doctors during procedures, consultations, and treatments.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes immediately.

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and medical files.

Educate patients and families regarding care, medication, and after-treatment instructions.

Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and work areas.

Manage stock of medical supplies and notify in case of shortages.

Handle basic emergency situations with prompt response.

Follow all clinical protocols, safety standards, and company policies.





Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with patients and staff.

Required Qualifications

GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing or equivalent.

Valid nursing registration and certification.

Prior experience in patient care is preferred (freshers may also be considered).

Skills & Competencies

Robust medical knowledge and nursing skills.

Good communication and patient-handling abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Team player with professional work ethics.

Work Schedule

As per duty roster and organizational requirements.
