Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications
Conduct site inspections and audits; oversee civil, finishing, and MEP quality compliance
Manage material quality by approving inputs and coordinating testing with labs




Drive process improvements through CAPA and standardization initiatives
Maintain quality documentation (checklists, reports, NCRs) and share periodic MIS
Evaluate contractor/vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks
Ensure adherence to statutory norms and lead internal/external audits
