The Dispatch & Packaging Executive is responsible for ensuring proper packaging, secure handling, documentation, and timely dispatch of packaging machines, spare parts, and accessories to customers. The role involves coordination with Production, Stores, QC, and Logistics teams to ensure error-free dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Dispatch Management
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per sales and production requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for timely shipment.
- Ensure on-time dispatch of machines, spare parts, and accessories.
- Track dispatch status until customer delivery.

Packaging Responsibilities
- Ensure proper wooden packing, bubble wrapping, stretch wrapping, and export-standard packaging.
- Verify machine safety before packing to prevent transit damage.
- Ensure all accessories, manuals, tools, and documents are packed with the machine.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
