Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Pitch recruitment services and close current business.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely hiring.
