Key Responsibilities:
Financial:
Contribute sales-related inputs towards Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including performance forecasts, manpower planning, and competitive landscape analysis.
Estimate and recommend allocations for site marketing budgets covering promotions, sales manpower, and broker commissions.
Develop and recommend sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets,



including planning for recent project launches.

Operational:
Drive channel partner engagement: screen, appoint, and manage partner performance while communicating company policies.
Assign sales targets to the team and track sales inventory closely.
Lead and oversee the channel distribution strategy to drive business growth.
Interact directly with potential customers, negotiate deals, and manage end-to-end lead conversion.
Identify and explore corporate sales opportunities in the region.
Oversee sales administration including after-sales customer engagement, data management, and adherence to CRM systems.
Ensure a seamless site experience for customers in line with brand expectations.

People Management:
Set work objectives, allocate tasks, and oversee performance of the site sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and annual appraisals.
Lead team engagement and capacity-building initiatives.
