Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets for cattle & poultry feed products.
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and distribution partners.
Conduct market research to understand farmer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive product penetration and volume growth in existing and new markets.
2. Team Management
Lead,



mentor, and motivate a team of Territory Team Leaders
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews and field visits.
Train the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
3. Channel & Dealer Management
Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retailers.
Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, and credit limits.
Support in onboarding new distributors and expanding channel networks.
Plan and execute dealer schemes, loyalty programs, and promotional activities.
4. Farmer Engagement & Marketing
Organize farmer meetings, cattle health camps, and awareness programs in coordination with veterinary and marketing teams.
Promote brand visibility and trust among rural customers.
Collect farmer feedback for continuous product improvement.
