Key Responsibilities
Support & Troubleshooting: Sap key master database knowledge e.g. customer, material, pricing masters. Addressing errors in sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing documents such as cost estimates, account determination, OTC process etc.
Testing: Performing unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for system fixes.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation for incidents, solutions.
Integration Support: other Module integration knowledge ,



Collaborating with other users (MM, FI, PP) to ensure smooth cross-functional workflows.
User Support: Training end-users and providing guidance on SAP best practices.
Problem / Ticket Management: Recording, analyzing, SAP SD user tickets (P1, P2, P3, P4) and conducting root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Functional Knowledge: Robust understanding of SAP SD processes (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, ATP, Job work challan).
Technical Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred),
Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shift hours. (Monday to Saturday 6 days week)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing or logistics is often preferred
