Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership & Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards
Oversee and guide solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering practices across teams
Drive consistency in coding standards, design patterns, and development processes
Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks
People & Team Management
Directly manage multiple engineering leads, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.

Partner with Product, Architecture, Design, and global engineering teams to deliver business value
Translate business strategy into technical execution plans and measurable outcomes
Work effectively in a distributed/global team model, ensuring seamless coordination with onshore stakeholders
Process & Agile Excellence
Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across teams in collaboration with Scrum Masters
