Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Delivery
Lead and oversee execution of multiple residential projects within the cluster
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Drive construction planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
2. Cluster Management
Manage a portfolio of projects across Gurugram & Haryana under Cluster NZ1




Ensure standardization of processes, systems, and reporting across sites
Monitor project health through MIS, dashboards, and periodic reviews
3. Contractor & Vendor Management
Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and key vendors
Ensure contractual compliance, performance tracking, and cost control
Drive productivity and efficiency at site level
4. Cost & Budget Control
Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure effective utilization of resources and cost efficiency
Work closely with procurement and finance teams for commercial alignment
5. Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and SOPs
Implement robust QA/QC processes across all sites
Drive a robust safety culture and compliance with statutory norms
6. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Planning, Procurement, Sales, CRM)
