About the Role:
This role requires the candidate to be actively managing fund raising and for the company. Fund raising would be in form of term loans/ ECBs.

Key responsibilities:
· Preparation of CMA/ Information Memorandum / proposals for bankers/ investors
· Managing end to end process including post drawdown processes
· Preparing timely treasury related MIS
· Managing relationships with Banks
· Filing regulatory returns related to ECB

Qualification & experience:
CA/ MBA
4-6 years work experience in treasury
