Job Description
The Prospect
Genpact is converting its G&A; functions from process-efficient to agent-enabled. This is not incremental automation. It is a fundamental redesign of how work is structured, how roles are defined, and how the function operates when agents become co-workers.
This role owns that redesign - building the blueprint for what G&A; functions look like post-agentic transition and ensuring that blueprint stays intact from design through to deployment.
