Role Description
This full-time, on-site Production Distributed Control System Engineer role is based in Gandhidham. The engineer will oversee and optimize distributed control systems (DCS) for manufacturing processes, ensuring stable, efficient, and secure operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring control system performance, identifying and resolving process and equipment issues, and implementing control strategies to improve productivity and reliability. The role involves designing and modifying control logic, collaborating with instrumentation and electrical teams, and supporting preventive maintenance and system upgrades. The engineer will also maintain documentation, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and work closely with production and maintenance personnel to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Process Control and Troubleshooting for continuous and batch manufacturing operations.




- Proficiency in Control Systems Design, including configuration and optimization of DCS and related automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with Instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, control valves, and field devices.
- Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering relevant to industrial control systems and plant utilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing or process industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and control narratives; familiarity with safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
