We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen General Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle purchase of groceries, vegetables, kitchen supplies and other requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain proper purchase records.
- Supervise kitchen and service staff and allocate daily duties.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules and shifts.
- Monitor attendance, discipline and staff performance.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory and minimize wastage.
- Enter and maintain sales/billing information in Petpooja.
- Check daily sales, bills and operational records.
- Coordinate between kitchen, service staff and management.




- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, catering or kitchen operations preferred.
- Positive knowledge of purchases, inventory and staff management.
- Experience with Petpooja or similar restaurant billing/POS software.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be responsible, organized and able to work independently.
- Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Candidates from Raipur preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
