Content plays a key role in how LaFetch acquires customers, communicates offers, and drives performance across digital platforms.

The Role

We're looking for an
Ads Content Manager
who understands what makes an ad work. Someone who can spot a strong creative reference, turn performance insights into content ideas, and work closely with designers to build ads that are both visually compelling and conversion-focused.

You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving the content created specifically for LaFetch's paid advertising campaigns.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate with the LMC and marketing teams to understand upcoming campaigns, offers, priorities, and advertising requirements.




- Research and identify relevant creative references, formats, hooks, and visual approaches for paid advertising.
- Develop structured ads content plans based on campaign objectives, audience insights, product priorities, and current content trends.
- Coordinate with designers to execute ad-specific GIFs, static creatives, and other visual formats.
- Brief designers clearly on creative direction, references, messaging, formats, and requirements.
- Ensure ad creatives are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives and LaFetch's visual identity.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand which creatives and content formats are driving results.
- Review monthly working content reports and identify patterns in creative performance.
- Use performance insights to improve upcoming content plans, creative directions, formats, and references.
