Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative communication of our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will drive the conceptualization and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand positioning across digital, print, outdoor, and on-site branding for premium residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Strategy & Brand Development
- Lead the creative vision for all real estate projects and brand campaigns.
- Develop compelling visual concepts for project launches, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

2. Design & Campaign Management
- Oversee the design and execution of brochures, presentations, project branding, print ads, hoardings, social media creatives, videos, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and digital agencies.
- Review and approve all creative assets before publication.

Marketing & Sales Support
- Design impactful sales collaterals, investor presentations, channel partner kits, and customer engagement materials.
- Create cutting-edge campaign concepts to support lead generation and project sales.
- Work closely with Sales and Digital Marketing teams to develop high-converting marketing creatives.

4. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the in-house creative team and external agencies.
- Allocate creative projects, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Foster innovation and encourage new design trends and technologies.

5. Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, production houses, and media partners.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all marketing materials.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in branding, visual storytelling, typography, and creative direction.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Photo
