Responsibilities:
- To ensure maximum availability, reliability, and secure operation of VMC, CNC, and other machine-shop equipment through effective preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance of VMC/CNC machines.
- Conduct routine inspection of machine condition and identify potential failures.
- Check and maintain lubrication systems, coolant systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.
- Check and maintain lubrication systems, coolant systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and equipment performance analysis.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.
- Attend breakdowns of VMC, CNC, HMC, and other machine-shop equipment.




- Diagnose machine faults and restore machines within minimum possible downtime.
- Troubleshoot CNC alarms, servo alarms, spindle faults, axis movement problems, and ATC-related issues..

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:
- 2-5 years of experience in machine shop maintenance in automotive, engineering, precision manufacturing, or heavy engineering industries
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Mechanical troubleshooting of machine tools.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems maintenance.
- Ball screws, linear guideways, spindle assemblies, and gearbox maintenance.
- Lubrication systems and coolant management.
- Bearing replacement and alignment techniques.
- Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled machine
