Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for students, focusing on English language proficiency, personality development, behavioral skills, leadership training, and other relevant areas.
- Develop customized training materials and resources to meet the specific needs of each program.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Provide coaching support to students during internships or job placements.

Key Factors
- Travel & Delivery: Travel 4 days a week to assigned locations (Sivakasi, Karur, Kovilpatti) to conduct engaging, face-to-face soft skills training sessions.
- Audience Engagement:Deliver training on essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, time management, and professional etiquette.
- Interactive Learning:



Maintain high energy levels in the classroom, encouraging participation from diverse groups of learners.
- Feedback & Assessment:Evaluate participant progress during sessions and provide constructive feedback to help them grow.
