Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting company services, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Develop relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
Sales Activities
- Make outbound calls and schedule client appointments.
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and clients.
Field Sales & Meetings
- Visit potential clients and business establishments daily.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
