Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage aftermarket services for industrial equipment and machinery, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts and maintenance support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions for their aftermarket requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement recent products or modify existing ones to meet customer demands.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in the aftermarket segment.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in an engineering role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of engine components, including design, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
- Proven track record in channel management or distribution network development.
