Role Description
The Information Technology Network Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s network and systems infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and monitoring network devices, managing user accounts and permissions, performing regular system updates and backups, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.



The Network Administrator will also implement security measures, monitor network performance, coordinate with vendors or service providers, and document network configurations and procedures to support business continuity.

- Manage overall IT infrastructure, hardware, software and network.
- Provide timely IT support to users and resolve technical issues.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, switches, routers and connectivity.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance, access control and other IT systems.
- Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, antivirus and system security.
- Manage ERP/software applications and coordinate with vendors for technical issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, AMC and service records.
