- Preparation of Client RA Bills and Sub-Contractor Bills.
- Preparation of BOQ, Quantity Sheets and Measurement Sheets.
- Quantity calculation as per drawings and site measurements.
- Preparation of Rate Analysis and Estimates.
- Checking and reconciliation of quantities and materials.
- Maintaining MB, billing records and supporting documents.
- Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Manager and Client.
- Preparation of monthly billing and progress reports.
- Knowledge of extra items, deviation and variation statements will be preferred
