We build training data for AI labs and the AI teams inside global technology platforms. Our work spans field data collection across Indian cities, audio and video datasets, and quality control at scale, delivered by an in-house team of annotators and QC reviewers.
What you will do
You will be the person who keeps projects moving day to day.
- Coordinate with field contributors across multiple cities on WhatsApp and calls, chase submissions, and unblock people who are stuck
- Track collection progress in Google Sheets and flag slippage before it becomes a delay
- Run first-pass quality checks on incoming data and route rejections back for rework
- Prepare and share data deliveries with clients on schedule
- Maintain trackers, payout sheets, and project documentation so nothing depends on memory
- Escalate early. We would rather hear a problem on day two than a surprise on day ten
What you will learn
You will report directly to the Operating Partner and sit close to how the business actually gets built. Over six months you should walk away with:
- How large-scale data collection really works. Sampling, contributor onboarding, field QC, rejection handling, and why a project that looks fine on a dashboard can still fail delivery
- Quality systems. How a QC rubric is written, why rework costs money, and how to hold a quality bar without losing your contributor base
- Unit economics. What a project costs per unit, where the margin sits, and how pay structures change contributor behaviour. You will see the actual numbers, not a sanitised version
- Client communication that works. How to write a short, explicit update to a demanding enterprise client, how to raise a constraint without sounding like a complaint, and how to say no
- Vendor and contributor management. Sourcing, rate conversations, payouts, and what happens when someone does not deliver
- Data compliance in practice. Consent, contributor data handling, and why enterprise buyers increasingly audit
