Role & responsibilities
- Support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and enhancement activities.
- Assist in ORC configuration and functional analysis of recruiting processes.
- Work on data loading, validations, testing support, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams on reports, integrations, and customizations.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and test cases.
- Support UAT and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze issues, perform root cause assessment, and recommend fixes or workarounds.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations or production support.
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle Cloud tools, data migration, or testing cycles.
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned tasks.
