Qualification: CA Inter or ICWA

Experience:

• Associate: 6-10 years

• Senior Associate: 8-14 years

Prior experience in Manufacturing Industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Record to Report (RTR) activities.

• Handle Intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.

• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities.

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of books.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.





• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong exposure to Finance RTR and FP&A; processes.

• Hands-on experience in:
- Intercompany Accounting
- Hyperion
- MIS Reporting
- Account Reconciliations

• Mandatory experience in SAP ERP.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to work in US Shift.
