About the Role

Hiteshi InfoTech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, requirement understanding, and managing the end-to-end coordination process for IT resource requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for IT Staff Augmentation through multiple channels including LinkedIn, portals, networking, and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with existing clients to maintain a continuous flow of IT resource requirements.
- Understand technical requirements and align suitable IT candidates within the client’s budget from internal/external talent pools.
- Coordinate with managers for candidate submissions, screenings, and interview scheduling.




- Manage vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality IT profiles.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Achieve targets related to lead generation, interview conversions, submissions, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Sales, or Business Development.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, recruiters, vendors, and hiring managers effectively.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
