Job title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant
Mode: Remote
Experience: 7+ Years
Contract: 6 Months
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Eastern Time)
Must Have:
* 7+ years SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
* Robust hands-on SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) experience
* ONB + Employee Central certifications – Mandatory
* Recruiting & Employee Central integration
* Business Rules, Workflows, Document Generation & Notifications
* End-to-end implementation, UAT, deployment & hypercare
* Client workshops, solution design & stakeholder management
* Post-production support / managed services experience
* Knowledge of US onboarding compliance
Good to Have: Recruiting, SmartRecruiter, IAS & Integration Center experience.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
