Job Summary
: To lead the company's visual identity, creative communication, branding, and design initiatives across digital, print, corporate, product, and employer branding platforms.

Main Accountabilities

Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of the company's brand identity across all communication channels.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
- Support product, corporate, and employer branding initiatives.

Creative Design Leadership
- Lead the design and creative development process.
- Create impactful visual concepts for events, exhibitions, websites, social media, and corporate communication.
- Guide designers, photographers, and video partners.

Marketing Communication
- Design brochures, presentations, product catalogues, annual reports, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all communication reflects the company's brand positioning.

Video & Multimedia
- Oversee creation of corporate videos, product videos, and digital content.
- Coordinate with production agencies for high-quality output.





Employer Branding Support
- Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Develop employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing content.

Innovation & Creative Excellence
- Bring fresh creative ideas and industry best practices.
- Monitor design trends and emerging communication formats.

Skills Required
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creative storytelling and visual communication.
- Branding and campaign development.
- Presentation design.
- Video content planning and direction.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and creative communication.
- Experience handling corporate brands or large marketing campaigns.
- Agency and corporate experience preferred.
