Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Supply Chain Planning transformation and consulting engagements
- Drive S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Integrated Planning initiatives
- Manage client relationships, project delivery, and stakeholder expectations
- Support business development, solution design, and account growth
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management initiatives

Required Skills:
- Experience in Supply Chain Consulting / Transformation / Planning
- Strong expertise in at least two areas: S&OP;, Integrated Planning, Demand Planning,



Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Dispatch Planning
- Domain experience in FMCG, Automotive, or Chemicals industry
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, Anaplan, or Blue Yonder
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Consulting experience with a reputed firm

Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech. + MBA (Preferred: IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, ISB, FMS, NITIE or equivalent premier institutes)
